Gameday ends and I am in shock at how much of a beating UO gave USC this morning, or afternoon, or wherever in the world you are watching this game.
As I am in Saudi, I am pushing and asking around for whoever has this game live. Finally I found an HD stream online that is not blocked by the ISP. And wow was it worth it.
Watching on a giant wall with a couple of friends who were not USC fans at all, but still rooted for them simply because:
A- They want me to change my Facebook profile picture.
B- They hate underdogs.
C- They hate college football, and only watch PROFESSIONAL NFL.
D- They believe that the term Football is blasphemy. Since football should be used for Soccer only.
E- They just want to take the P!$$ out of me.
So, 3AM came along and the connection was bad, and the first score was made and the boys harped and harped on how thats it game over. Then, POW! Tie Game is tie, and then we head into the second half with 1 touchdown advantage.
The Second quareter Starts and UO pounds the Trojans like there is no tomorrow. Even with 8 seconds left in the third, they actually go for it! And the game ends 47 – 20!
And here we go, the ducks now are at the top of the pac-10. 5-0 in the pac-10 7-1 with their only loss so far to Boise State.
6AM, and I am excited!
The only unfortunate thing, is I am stuck with this crazy profile picture for yet another week, but it looks like if we stay THIS good, I’m stuck with it until New Year!
